Step 2: Healthy Eating Advice
Following a healthy balanced diet will help you to lose weight, improve your body shape and increase your energy levels. That’s why we’ll provide you with a copy of our healthy eating plan to help you improve your food choices. Inside, you will find over 80 meals to choose from, divided up into breakfasts, lunches and dinners. How Much Is It, When Are The Exercise Sessions And Other Frequently Asked Questions
When are the exercise sessions?
Sessions run on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at the following times:
Morning
6:40am, 7:20am, 8:00am, 8:40am and 9:20am.
Evening
5:45pm and 6:25pm.
How much is it?
Membership is just £129 per month. That’s only £9.92 per session.
Do I have to be over-50 to join?
Yes, this allows us to create a comfortable, welcoming environment of like-minded people.
Will I be able to do it?
Yes, we are able to adapt the exercises to your fitness levels. Most of our clients start with relatively low fitness levels and often have old injuries and medical conditions. Our clients range in age from 50 to 87 with an average age of 62.
