How Our 3-Step Over-50s Fitness Programme In Lamport Will Help You Feel Fitter, Healthier And More Confident

Step 1: Group Exercise

If you want to tone up, get fitter and feel stronger, our 30 minute group exercise sessions are just what you need. You’ll come to our private gym three times a week to perform exercises in a circuit-training style, using our specialist strength and cardio equipment. Sessions are run with a maximum of 10 people who are all over-50, and there are a range of session times to fit your schedule. Here are some of the exercises that you will follow.

 

Step 2: Healthy Eating Advice

Following a balanced diet will help you to lose weight and feel energised. That’s why we’ll provide you with a copy of our healthy eating plan to help you improve your food choices. Inside, you’ll find over 80 meals to choose from, divided up into breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Most breakfasts and lunches take no more than a few minutes to make, and many dinners are ready in less than 30. Here’s a quick look inside the book that we will give to you.

 

Step 3: Motivational Support

It’s not always easy to motivate yourself to exercise regularly and eat well. That’s why we’ll provide you with all the support you need to stay disciplined; an initial consultation to help you set your goals, regular assessments to track your progress, your exercise sessions supervised by us, and a friendly group of like-minded people to exercise with. How Much Is It, When Are The Exercise Sessions And Other Frequently Asked Questions

 

When are the exercise sessions?

Sessions run on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at the following times:

Morning

6am, 6:40am, 7:20am, 8:00am, 8:40am and 9:20am.

Evening

5:45pm, 6:25pm and 7:05pm

How much is it?

Membership is just £120 per month. That’s only £9.23 per session.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, 6 months and then a 30-day rolling agreement - 6 months is the minimum time you need to see significant weight loss, shape change and increased fitness levels.

Do I have to be over-50 to join?

Yes, this allows us to create a comfortable, welcoming environment of like-minded people.

Will I be able to do it?

Yes, we are able to adapt the exercises to your fitness levels. Most of our clients start with relatively low fitness levels and often have old injuries and medical conditions.

What Facilities Do You Have?

Our private over-50s gym at Lamport Manor Farm is furnished with a variety of high quality strength and cardio equipment. We use this equipment to deliver a programme of specially-designed workouts to get you fitter, stronger and more toned.

We’re easy to get to from villages local to Lamport and with the A508, A14 and A43 close by, we are also conveniently accessed from other areas across Northampton, Kettering, Market Harborough and Wellingborough. With free parking available for over 40 cars, you’ll always be able to find a safe, secure parking space for your vehicle.
